HUM is a quintet with a strong experimental vocation, born from the BlueRing Electronics (BRE) collective.
In October 2023 the five improvisers attended an artistic residency in Milan at Spazio Pontano, with the aim of exploring different sonic territories between sound synthesis, electroacoustic devices, algorithmic music and traditional instruments.
During these days, the group worked on different improvisational methodologies in relation to electronic/electroacoustic experimentation and recorded the live concert that ended the residency.
